Managing Stress at Work
Course Aim
This one day course will show you how to avoid the stress trap. It will help you reduce stress at the workplace which will have a knock-on effect of reducing stress in your personal life. The course will teach you to learn valuable techniques for letting go of stress. You will learn what boundaries you need to set for yourself and for others and you will learn healthy ways of switching off at the end of the working day as well. Who should apply? This course is designed for anyone who wishes to control and reduce their levels of stress at the workplace.
